Zillow Showcase listings are premium, AI-powered listings that are designed to give potential buyers a deeper understanding of a home before they visit it in person. They use a variety of features to help buyers visualize the home’s layout and flow, including: 

• High-resolution images: Scrolling hero images and room-by-room photo organization
• Interactive floor plans: With embedded photos, room groupings, and a map overlay
• Branded exposure: Listing agents’ branding is prominently featured

Showcase listings are also automatically integrated into the Zillow Immerse app for Apple Vision Pro, which offers an even more interactive shopping experience.
